To upgrade VirtualBoss, you will need to have an active Support Plan or just recently purchased a 1-Time Upgrade. If you do not have a support plan, you can purchase one by going to our Online Store. You can also place your order over the phone by calling 1-419-872-7686. If you are unsure of which version your License allows for, you can Submit a Support Ticket to find out!

You can upgrade your product even if you do not have a support plan or have not recently purchased a 1 time upgrade. In this case you will be in trial mode. This will give you 15 uses before you'll need your license upgraded, or downgrade to your previous version.
