• Unlimited Upgrades for VirtualBoss and Remote VirtualBoss
• Free Remote VirtualBoss setup support for 1 server
• Business hour phone support for VirtualBoss and Remote VirtualBoss
• Training for VirtualBoss during business hours (up to 5 users)
• Business hour networking and multi-user support (up to 5 users)
• Free domain name for your Remote VirtualBoss website; regularly $10/month

Enterprise Support Plan Package - $90/Month

• All Pro Support Plan items noted above plus the following:
• Free Remote VirtualBoss setup support for up to 4 servers
• 3 additional domain names for Remote VirtualBoss
• Extended hour priority level 1 phone support
• Networking and multi-user support (up to 10 users)
• Unlimited Training sessions (up to 10 users)
• 10 hours at 50% off list price for on-site support/training per year

Remote VirtualBoss Setup Service - $100/Per Setup

• All support and training necessary to setup Remote VirtualBoss.
  (Included free with a Pro Support Plan)

Domain Name Service - $10/Month

• Domain name that points to Remote VirtualBoss on your PC
  (Included with the Pro and Enterprise Support Plans)

On-Site Support and Consulting Rate - $85/Hour

• A level 1 technician or system analyst will provide on-site support
• This can be any time you need it at your location
• Travel expenses are not included and do apply
