Support Plan Cancellation Policy

If you choose to start a support plan when you purchase your software (or a new User License), there is no minimum monthly commitment and you can cancel the support plan at any time.

If you start a support plan within 30 days of your initial purchase, or the purchase of a new User License, there is no minimum monthly commitment and you can cancel the support plan at any time.

If you start a support plan after 30 days of your initial purchase or 30 days after a new License purchase, a minimum 5 month period is required before canceling.


Why Have A Minimum Monthly Policy?

We want to provide the best experience for our users, and to give them a great value. The minimum monthly commitment period is in place to prevent abuse of our software upgrade releases.

Can I Cancel My Support Plan Before 5 Months Is Up?

You may cancel your support plan at any time, but if you are still within your minimum monthly commitment window, a fee will be charged.

How Much Is The Early Cancellation Fee?

If you need to cancel your support plan before your minimum monthly commitment period is up, we ask that you pay the difference. What does this mean? For example, we charge $150.00 for upgrades for VirtualBoss. At $30.00 a month for 5 months, that equals $150.00. If you were on the support plan for 2 months, $90 is owed at the time of cancelation ($150 - $60). The fee is simply based on $150 minus the amount already paid while on the support plan.

What If I Returned My Software Within 30 Days?

If the software is returned within 30 days, you receive a full refund for any software or support plan charge. We do not refund support plan charges outside of this 30 day software return policy.
