The general rule is
that you
can cancel your Support Plan at any time.
There are two exceptions.
Exception #1
If you use a Pro Support Plan to obtain a free Remote VirtualBoss setup
If you use a Pro Support Plan to obtain a free Remote VirtualBoss setup, and
cancel the plan before it has been in effect for 6 months, there is a cancellation fee
of $100. If you do not use your Pro Support Plan for Remote VirtualBoss setup, this cancellation fee will not apply.
This
policy is to prevent users from purchasing and cancelling a Support Plan, just
to get Remote VirtualBoss setup support for $30. Remote VirtualBoss setup
support costs $100.
Exception #2
If you purchase a Support Plan after your initial VirtualBoss purchase
If you sign up for a Pro Support Plan ($30/Month) after your initial purchase of
VirtualBoss, and cancel it before the Support Plan has been in effect for 6
months, there is a cancellation fee of $150. After 6 months this cancellation
fee does not apply.
If you
sign up for a Basic Support Plan ($20/Month) after your initial purchase of
VirtualBoss, and cancel it before the Support Plan has been in effect for 10
months, there is a cancellation fee of $150. After 10 months this cancellation
fee does not apply.
If you
purchase a support plan when you purchase VirtualBoss, this
cancellation fee does not apply.
This
policy is to prevent users from purchasing a Support Plan to upgrade (which
costs $150 without the plan) and then cancelling the plan, so they can upgrade an
older version of VirtualBoss for only $30.
