No-IP is a software that connects your computer to a domain name (for example yourcompany.remotevb.com) so your VirtualBoss website can easily be found. If you have a support plan you can contact us for help or follow the instructions below.
If you do not have a support plan you can buy one at our online store www.virtualboss.net/store

Step 1) Download the No-IP Updater Client by clicking here.

Step 2) Run the installer after the download has finished and follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 3) When prompted to enter a Username and Password, use the information you were provided or call our office at 1-888-827-5397 to find out this information.

Step 4) Once logged into your account, you will see your Remote VirtualBoss Domain Name and a checkbox beside it. Put a check in that box next to your website.

Step 5) Almost finished, now just click on the "Options" button. Check the Box next to "Run as a system service". You do not need to have any other boxes checked. Then just hit "Ok" at the bottom. After it finishes saving the changes you are now free to close out of the program.

You are now finished and ready. No further configuration or software is required. If you experience any problems with your website, contact our support department so we can resolve any problem swiftly.
